Yes. A business can lock in a maximum gasoline price the same way it can lock diesel. FuelAnchor is a fuel supply company whose fixed price fuel supply agreements cover gasoline, diesel, and off-road diesel, each priced independently. A business that runs gasoline vans, pickups, or equipment requests a quote for its expected monthly gallons and receives a locked maximum price per gallon for a term of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. The business prepays the gallons and fills using a FuelAnchor card at the stations it designates, and its gasoline cost can never exceed the locked figure for the life of the term.
Most fixed-fuel-price conversations happen around diesel because trucking dominates them, and that leaves gasoline-heavy businesses assuming the tool is not for them. It is. The mechanics do not care which fuel is in the tank.
Who a gasoline lock is for
Plenty of fuel-intensive businesses barely touch diesel. Mobile grooming and detailing vans, pool routes, courier cars, home-care and inspection fleets, pizza and food delivery, real estate and sales teams, small trades running gasoline pickups: their fuel line is gasoline, their volumes are real, and their prices are quoted to customers ahead of the driving just like any trucking company's. A gasoline lock gives them the same bounded worst case a diesel fleet gets.

How mixed fleets work
Fleets that run both fuels do not have to choose. In a single quote request, each fuel is priced independently: the diesel trucks get their own locked maximum per gallon, and the gasoline vehicles get theirs. Nothing is blended or averaged, so each side of the fleet carries a real number rather than a compromise that fits neither. Off-road diesel for equipment is quotable in the same request as well.
Common questions
Is the gasoline price locked exactly, or is it a ceiling? It is a ceiling. When pump prices sit below your locked maximum, you pay the lower pump price. When the market rises above it, you pay your locked rate and FuelAnchor absorbs the difference.
What grade of gasoline does the lock cover? The quote is priced for the fuel type and grade you specify, so quote the grade your vehicles actually use.
What volumes make sense? The agreements are built for operations in roughly the 500 to 5,000 gallon a month range, which covers everything from a few vans to a substantial mixed fleet. Your own fuel card statements or receipts will give you the monthly figure.
Is there a gasoline rate card? No. Every quote is computed when you ask, from current prices in your coverage area, your volume, your grade, and your term. Two businesses in different towns get different numbers on the same day, which is how honest fuel pricing has to work.
The way to find your own number is to request a quote with your gasoline gallons, your area, and the term that matches your work. It takes about a minute and commits you to nothing.
